Being his Lawyer, I was entitled to copies of the document and also served as one intiating binding agreement between Him(Abd-Al-Hakim) and the bank. As discussed with me, His intention was to invest this fund in Real Estate Management in Holland before the tragic incident occured. Researches had been made to get any close relative who could come forward as the next of kin, But all to no avail.
The reason I am contacting you is for you to come forward as the next of kin of late Mr. Givon Abd-Al Hakim so that this fund can be transfer to your account safely for sharing between both of us at the ratio of 35% for you, and 65% for me because I will also have to sort out things with bank officials for hitch-free execution of this transaction. You should not be worried about your name not corrolating with His, as far as you have my support, it will work effectively.

First of all, I don't know what's making you suppose I speak english. You may know that I'm spanish speaking, and the fact I know a bit of english is not but a chance.
Second, I'm not interested in achiving money with no effort, or money that's not mine at all. If somebody died and anybody must deal with what to do with his money, well, it must go the the inheritanters, or just to the poors, because great fortunes are in fact made with the goods and the work of the poors.
Third, is obviuos that nobody but a complete lame-brained will seal a business or a pact throught an almost anonymous e-mail, so I wonder this is a complete joke from you that may find better things to fill your free time. If you like to talk, chat, or joke, there are a lot of great ways to do it, myself pass a lot of time in internet forums, chat and things like that.

Tengo una sensación bajo el ombligo y en los ojos que reconozco perfectamente: pereza. Brrr, necesito un baño de agua fría o algo así, tengo que empezar a trabajar y estoy acá paveando (igual no se preocupen que en cuanto cierre esto tengo varios kilos de boludeces más como alternativa al trabajo).
